The Strategic Action and Research Fund

In 2010 CMJ officially launched a rolling year round Strategic Action and Research Fund to distribute rapid response micro-grants to support timely and strategic actions, media and cultural products, and research that advance the policy priorities of the Media Action Grassroots Network. All MAG-Net members that have paid dues are eligible and encouraged to apply.  The fund will prioritize projects and activities that target and are led by communities of color, and working class and rural communities.  The Fund is partially generated and maintained by the MAG-Net annual membership dues
